subconscious enough that eventually those thoughts are brought to your

One
of the many
famous (and most effective) self hypnosis methods is the use of
subliminal cds.
So, what exactly are subliminal
cds? They are one form of technology that “speaks”
to your mind without your conscious awareness of the sound.
Did
you know that your brain can actually receive signals even if you
can’t hear them?
Yes, your
brain is an
amazing thing that can actually absorb high frequency sounds - those
that your ears cannot even hear.
But
your subconscious mind can. So your affirmations bypass your
conscious (hearing) mind and go directly into
your subconscious
mind.
This is how subliminal cds
work, they inject positive thoughts to your brain, without your hearing
them.
This changes your beliefs on a subconscious
level, thereby changing the way you actually behave.

one of these self hypnosis methods is the brainwave technology which
makes use of sound frequencies to synchronize your brainwaves.
You
see, your brainwaves respond differently depending on the type of
frequency that is being fed into your brain. So if you feed
your brain
with a “good” frequency, the result is
a relaxed mind.
So, what does that really
mean? Simply put, when you're in a relaxed, hypnotic
state, your brainwaves have shifted into alpha, theta or delta.
What
brainwave technology does is “mechanically” puts
your mind into the desired state of alpha, theta or delta –
all of which make you more susceptible to hypnotic
suggestion.
Self
talk is also one of these helpful self hypnosis methods.
Self talk is a
very popular form of self hypnosis, and is sometimes
referred to as autosuggestion.
It is all about
positive thinking. If your thoughts are positive, your whole
being responds to those positive vibes, and actually becomes addicted
to the positive chemistry in your body.
And,
of course, positive thinking also plays a big factor in your success.
It’s just a matter of mind-set.
For
example, when you say, “I must” it seems to be
imposing a negative remark because it implies an obligation, or
something that you really have to do whether you like it or not.
But
when you say “I choose,” it invokes a kind of inner
power like an “aura” that you do something, not
because you have to, but because it's your choice.
Makes
sense, right. Don't you usually resist that which you
“must” do? Instead, make a
“choice” to be different and you will be different.
