Well, when setting out to do anything in your life, whether it is to lose weight or get a different relationship, you'll want to learn how to write affirmations that encompass a broad spectrum of your life so you lift up your “thought vibrations” on different levels to increase your overall success.
Let me explain that one quickly...
The Law of Attraction is something that “attracts things you desire to you” and whether or not you believe that the Law of Attraction is bringing you want you desire, it is one of the strongest laws of the universe and is working every minute of every day...
And the Law of Attraction responds very positively to happier thoughts which resonate at a higher (and stronger) level than negative thoughts.
So, if you can elevate your thoughts in many areas of your life, you're “resonating” at a higher frequency with less conflicted thoughts, so your desire to lose weight can manifest quicker.
For example, let's say that your affirmation list is completely focused on writing weight loss affirmations like “I feel thinner every day,” but you're not having much success using the power of affirmations in this fashion simply because you're so stressed at work that your “overall vibration” isn't as powerful as it could be if you could become happier with your career, no matter how good or how bad it seems to be going at the moment.
By including positive affirmations that relate to other areas of your life like career affirmations and happiness affirmations, you're setting yourself up to become happier overall, which amplifies your “happy thought” power to attract that which you desire.
Now, let's say that you're already happy in other areas of your life, like your career. All the better to do self love affirmations, happiness affirmations and career affirmations to boost your mind into an even more positive state.
Why is this important? Because when your mind is kept positive, it becomes a “super brain” and actually changes your body's chemistry to become more positive.
This is where the true power of affirmations come into view. So, let's get our list going by starting with some great positive affirmations for health so we can boost our overall energy and enthusiasm around losing weight.
Here are a few of my favorite health affirmations:
“I receive the Universal flow of good health.”
“I am whole and healthy.”
“I see myself as lovable and complete.”
“My body is in balance and harmony with the Universal flow of good health.”
Using self love affirmations can boost your self esteem higher and faster so you feel like you deserve to lose weight.
Here are a few to get you started:
"I trust myself to do my best."
"I believe that it is possible for me to love myself in better ways."
"I easily forgive myself and trust my process."
"I give myself unconditional love every day."
Sometimes relationships can keep us “stuck”where we are simply out of the fear of change...
For example, if you lose weight, will someone close to you feel insecure in your relationship and become possessive and jealous if you act more confident because you've lost the weight?
Many times we don't want to change ourselves for fear that we won't be accepted somehow by those around us that we love. So, I've always done relationship affirmations that confirm my new state of mind.
Here are a few:
"My relationships support my highest good."
"When I change myself for the better, I improve my relationships."
"Everyone in my life is happy and willing to support my highest good."
When you are in a joyful state, you are able to manifest things quickly into your life. So, by reciting joyful affirmations, you can turbo boost your power of using affirmations.
"I allow joy into my life."
"I recieve joy on many levels."
"Happiness and joy continually reside within me."
Faith is an essential component for getting what you want out of life. When you have the faith that something can happen, you give it the absolute strongest power to manifest...
"I trust that my life is improving each and every day."
"I trust that my process as I learn to improve myself."
"I trust my internal guidance and listen to it to improve my life."
When writing positive affirmations for anything, I like to include self confidence affirmations that help me believe that I can do whatever it is that I'm setting out to do.
Self confidence affirmations for weight loss should center around your ability to “get the job done.” If that negative voice comes up as you recite them reminding you that you can't, just acknowledge the voice and go back to what you're doing. Eventually, the voice will get tired and go away.
"I have the confidence to achieve my goal of becoming slender."
"I know I can do anything I put my mind to."
"I am confident in my ability to become slender."
While it is not uncommon to experience an increase in weight when there are financial difficulties, doing abundance affirmations go deeper than just having enough money...
They're really about having an abundance of love, happiness and joy in your life, which helps you receive more happiness, etc., and lift your vibration even higher and become more powerful:
"I receive an abundance of good health and prosperity into my life."
"I allow myself to feel abundant with joy and happiness."
"I have an abundance of power to make change within myself."
Although this is going to sound contradictory, one key to making change is becoming happy where you are now.
Again, the Law of Attraction responds to your vibration “now,” so if you're happy “now,” with your weight, you're acting as if you're happy with your weight, which makes the Law of Attraction manifest situations that make you happy with your weight.
"I am happy with my body and how I look now."
"I accept myself as I am now."
"My body feels happiness on every level just as it is right now."
Here are some motivational affirmations to keep you going through the ups and downs of making change and getting what you desire:
"I acknowledge I am making progress daily."
"I easily and joyfully take the next step that is shown to me."
"I know that being patient and trusting the process will give me results."
To make your career “vibration” happy, let's try some of these career affirmations:
"My career supports my highest good."
"I trust my career to become more fulfilling each day."
"I accept the rewards of a prosperous and satisfying career."
