Personal
Development Plan Template
Create Your Own Plan
This
personal development plan template instructs you on how to create
balance in your life, while working towards your hopes and...
Dreams
and gives you step by step guidance on...
Building
a
life that you desire!
If you're new to all of this
and are asking, “What is a personal development
plan?”
Simply put, it's a way to organize
your life to be happier, healthier and more “alive”
while you're on earth.
It's like a
“successful life” blueprint just like building
a house.
You first need a blueprint for the house.
Then you lay the foundation so the house can withstand heavy rains,
strong wind and storms.
It's just the same with
building a personal development plan. You have to lay out certain
guidelines and gather foundational facts that will help you focus on
achieving your goals and not get swayed or distracted easily.
It's
how successful people attain their dreams, goals and desires.
It
can be complicated or simple, depending on what suits your personality.
But
it's not something readily taught in school, is it? It wasn't
when I was there [umpteen] years ago.
So, good for
you that you're looking to find one now that will help you.
You're on the right track!

Development Plan Template
Template
I've
put a partial template here on this page to get you started –
filled in with a
hypothetical
person - and to give you an idea of how a template works.
The
workbook also gives you a balanced approach to achieving results in all
areas of your life simultaneously.
So,
let's get right into our partial template here...

(Based on priorities)
Health
Ask
for
help. Ask friends what they did. Find a support
group. Find a health
practitioner who can help me find balance. (If this requires
money
that is not accessible, do research on the Internet and find something
to take that first step to alleviating menopausal symptoms.)
SECTION 4
- TIME LINE FOR
FIRST ACTION
Health
Today
or tomorrow ask
friends what they've done - (OR) -
Find

For
the rest of the template, download
my free PDF workbook, which also
includes instructions and guidance for each section.
I've
kept this personal development template simple because I have found
simplicity works the best when pursuing goals.
By
the way, that “hypothetical person” is
me! I started bio-identical (natural) hormone replacement
administered in a "natural cycling" fashion (which is not a commonly
known method) and this is how I overcame my menopause symptoms and
changed
my life dramatically.
