Happiness Affirmations
Words of Affirmation Aren't Enough


Happiness affirmations are good to practice to focus our minds, but there's more to it than first meets the eye.  In fact, daily affirmations that leave out this element are a waste of time...

No matter what type of affirmation you are practicing; i.e., happiness affirmations, self esteem affirmations, affirmations for abundance and prosperity, motivational affirmations or any other personal affirmations, the “secret” to making them effective is to “feel the feeling of already having what you are trying to affirm to yourself.”

If you've been studying the Law of Attraction, you've heard this before and it's nothing new...

But, how do you actually put that concept into practice?  Let's find out how...

Daily Affirmations

When practicing your daily affirmations for happiness or anything else, you want to get down to the core of what you want, which in the case of doing happiness affirmations, is happiness.

So, when practicing your “words of affirmation” that help you trust and believe that happiness is available to you, take a moment to remember something that made you “feel” happy.

It doesn't matter if whatever made you happy is gone or if it's not related to the happiness that you are seeking right now...

What matters is that you remember that feeling so you “feel” happy while you are doing your current happiness affirmations.

Although the exercise of “feeling happy” while doing a list of affirmations for happiness may seem contradictory, it is essential to find the feeling first so you can attract the feeling for good.

Self Esteem Affirmations

So, now what if you can't remember being happy ever before, right?  It's been so long and you've been so depressed that this one exercise is overwhelming...

Okay, let's approach it from another angle...

Let's do some self esteem affirmations that help us feel better about ourselves and find ways to find a few moments of happiness somehow in our present lives...

For example, buy yourself some flowers or a special treat and then say to yourself, “I love that I bought myself flowers,” or “I am so happy that I gave myself permission to buy this treat for myself.”

These subtle acts that give you moments of happiness will expand the more you practice and focus upon them...

Which trains your mind and body to learn the vibration of happiness.

Law of Attraction Techniques

In fact, one of the most important things you can do for yourself is to physically shift your energy “using energetic means” rather than just intellectual means so you are in harmony with the vibration of what you desire.

In other words, you've got to get your physical vibration up to happiness before you can actually attract happiness or anything else you desire.

But how do you do this?
