Although I've written an article about the benefits of gratitude, one of the surprising benefits is that it can change our heart coherence, which has been said to change the heart coherence of people within 15-18 feet of us. For example, if a person in one room is feeling grateful, then the person in the next room's heart can come into a coherent state of gratitude as well. Since I'd heard this from a source that couldn't identify the study, I did a bit of research myself about this and found something very interesting about how our heart has a biomagnetic field that can be measured within a certain distance around us.
